About Fireline Nomad
Fireline Nomad designs and sells print-on-demand apparel and accessories for firefighters, paramedics, rescue crews, and the families who wait up for them. We opened in July 2026. This page explains who we are, why we chose this line of work, and exactly how the business is put together — including the parts most shops leave out.

This is the same legal name, address, and phone number that appear on our Contact Us page, in our Contact Information policy, and in the footer of every page on this website. If you ever see a different address attached to our name, it is not us.
We are a small team. There is no call centre and no outsourced ticket queue — the person who answers your email is the person who runs the shop.
Why we chose this line of work
Emergency-services apparel is a category where the details matter more than the margin. Get the wrong Maltese cross, the wrong helmet shield, or the wrong piece of station slang onto a shirt, and anyone in the job spots it instantly. Most of what is sold in this niche online is generic artwork run through a template.
We started Fireline Nomad because we thought that gap was worth closing: fewer designs, researched properly, printed on blanks that hold their shape after twenty washes. It is a narrow market with demanding customers, which is precisely why we wanted it. A customer who notices a wrong badge detail is also a customer who notices when you get it right.
How the business is structured
We publish this in full because it is the fairest way to set expectations about delivery times and who is handling your order.
- Trading entity. Fireline Nomad is a trading name. The company behind it is Bug Media LLC, registered in Montana at the address above. Every order you place is a contract with that company.
- Design and operations — in house. Artwork, product listings, pricing, customer service, and returns handling are all done by our own team.
- Printing and fulfilment — contracted print partners. We hold no stock. When you place an order, it is routed to a contracted print-on-demand facility that prints the item and ships it directly to you. This is why there is a production window of 2 to 5 business days before anything moves.
- Payments — Shopify checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website — Shopify. This store runs on Shopify with SSL enabled across every page.
Because we do not own the print facility, we do not promise same-day dispatch and we do not claim to be a manufacturer. What we control is the design, the choice of blank, the pricing, and how quickly a human answers you when something goes wrong.
How we work
- Made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Each item is printed after it is ordered, which adds a few days and means we are not sending unsold seasonal stock to landfill.
- Sizing published, not guessed. Wrong size is the single most common reason for a return, so we publish real flat measurements for every blank we print on. Please check the size guide before ordering.
- Plain terms. Our shipping, returns, and cancellation policies are written to be read, not to be survived. Every promotion we run is listed with its dates and conditions on the Promotions page.
- No manufactured urgency. You will not find countdown timers, fake stock counters, pop-ups, or "someone in Ohio just bought this" notifications anywhere on this website.
