Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Fireline Nomad. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Fireline Nomad is a brand of Bug Media LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States.

Every order you place on this website is a contract with Bug Media LLC. We are an independent print-on-demand apparel shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any fire department, emergency medical service, police department, municipality, union, or government agency. Designs referencing the emergency services profession are original works and are not official department merchandise.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

4. Made to order

Every item is produced after you order it. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and print placement can vary by up to half an inch. These variations are normal for print-on-demand production and are not defects. Genuine defects are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, text, and photographs on this site are owned by Bug Media LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written consent. Buying a product grants you ownership of that physical item, not of the design on it. Copyright and trademark complaints are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

7. Custom and bulk orders

If you supply artwork for a custom or bulk order, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for any third-party claim arising from it. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for all activity under your account.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, harass anyone, transmit malware, scrape our content, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access for any of these.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
