Cancellation Policy

This store is operated by Bug Media LLC, trading as Fireline Nomad, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States.

This policy covers cancelling an order before it ships. It is separate from our Returns & Refunds Policy, which covers items you have already received.

The cancellation window

You may cancel any order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. Every Fireline Nomad item is printed on demand for the individual order, and printing usually begins on the next working shift after the order is received.

How to cancel

Email admin@bugsell.com with the subject line "Cancel order #____" and your order number, or call +1 (945) 200-7451.
We reply within one business day confirming whether production has started.
If it has not, we cancel the order and refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 5 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

After production has started

Once an item has entered production we cannot cancel it, because it has already been printed with your chosen design and size and cannot be resold. If you contact us after this point, the order will ship as placed and the Returns & Refunds Policy applies instead.

Changing an order instead of cancelling

If you need to change a size, colour, or shipping address rather than cancel, contact us within the same 12-hour window. Changes made before production starts cost nothing. We cannot change an order after production starts.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item becomes unavailable from our print partner, if a price or product description was published in error, if the shipping address cannot be served by our carriers, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If this happens we email you before issuing the refund.
