Printing
Printed on demand after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2-5 business days before the parcel moves.
Care
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener and do not iron directly on the print.
Sizing
Unisex sizing, cut straight rather than tapered. Between sizes, or wearing it over a uniform tee? Size up. Flat measurements for every size are on the size guide.

Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Express Shipping within the United States is $12.95 per order.
Production takes 2–5 business days because each item is printed after you order it. Delivery after that is 3–7 business days in the US (2–3 express) and 10–21 business days elsewhere. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
Returns & exchanges
30 days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days — we replace it at no cost and you do not need to ship the original back. For a wrong size or a change of mind you cover return shipping; we cover shipping the replacement out.

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print, and avoid fabric softener, which breaks the ink down over time.
Each item is printed after you order it. Colours on your screen can differ slightly from the printed result, and print placement can vary by up to half an inch. That is normal for print-on-demand and is not a defect — genuine defects are covered by our returns policy.

How long until I get my order?
Every item is printed after you order it, so there is a production window of 2–5 business days first. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days inside the United States (2–3 with express) and 10–21 business days everywhere else. Total time in the US is typically 5–12 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the print facility.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, and standard shipping is free there too, with no minimum spend. International orders are fulfilled from a different facility, which is why they take 10–21 business days. Customs fees or import duties charged by your country are not included in the order total and are the recipient’s responsibility.
What if the size is wrong?
Within 30 days of delivery we will exchange an unworn, unwashed item with tags attached for a different size. You cover the cost of shipping it back; we cover shipping the replacement out. Check the size guide before ordering — it lists real flat measurements, not vague S/M/L advice.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo to admin@bugsell.com within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost and you do not need to ship the original back. Where a replacement is not possible we refund the item in full.
Are these official fire department products?
